Last updated: September 26, 2026 · Support for the KPSNA Community App (iOS and Android).

The KPSNA Community App is the member directory of the KPSNA Charitable Foundation (Kadwa Patel Samaj of North America). It is available to KPSNA members.

You can also use Help & contact inside the app (Settings → Help), which sends us your message along with enough detail to find your record.

Common questions

I can't sign in

Sign-in uses the mobile number KPSNA holds for you, and a code sent by SMS. If your number has changed, or KPSNA has no number on file for you, the app cannot match you automatically. Use the Can't find me option on the sign-in screen and we will sort it out by hand.

The app says my registration is pending

New registrations are reviewed by the Tech/Admin Team before access is granted — we confirm that each applicant is a real KPSNA member before letting them see other members' details. You will be notified when a decision is made, and the app checks for a decision each time you reopen it.

Several family members share one phone number

That is expected and supported. When a number matches more than one member, the app asks a couple of questions only the right person would know, so the correct record is opened.

Something in my profile is wrong

You can edit your own record, and a Head of Household can edit their household's, from Settings → My profile. Changes are reviewed by the Tech/Admin Team before they appear to other members.

I don't want my details visible

Settings → Privacy settings controls who can see each field. Contact details default to private. Your name, city, state or province, and native place are always visible to signed-in members — these are what the directory is searched by. If you would rather not appear at all, you can unlist yourself entirely, or contact us.

I want to delete my account

See Delete your account, which also explains exactly what is and is not removed.

Reporting a problem with another member's conduct

The directory is covered by an Acceptable Use Agreement. If someone is misusing it — commercial solicitation, sharing member details outside KPSNA, unwanted approaches — contact us. Misuse can result in directory access being suspended.

Child safety

The directory holds records of children, entered by their own parent or guardian. Our Child Safety Standards set out what is prohibited, how children's details and photos are protected, and how to report a concern. If you see anything in the app that raises a child-safety concern, report it — you do not need to be certain.
